Pairavi Book House Pvt. Ltd. has served readers in Kathmandu for years — as a bookstore, a publishing house, and an importer and distributor bringing the world's books to Nepal.
Why "Pairavi"
Pairavi (पैरवी) means to advocate — to champion a cause. We champion three things: great books, the authors who write them, and the readers who love them.
We started with a simple shopfront in Putalisadak and a belief that a good bookshop is a kind of public good — a place to wander, discover, and be recommended exactly the book you didn't know you needed.
What we do
Bookstore. A carefully curated range — Nepali literature, fiction, Loksewa, academic, law, and children's books — online and in-store.
Publisher. Pairavi Publication produces original Nepali titles, beautifully made.
Importer & distributor. We bring international titles to Nepal and supply booksellers nationwide.
